Orchestral Masterwork: Dvořák’s Cello Concerto

The Aaron Copland School of Music Orchestra returns to the Bohemian National Hall for a performance of Dvořák’s world-famous “Cello Concerto” under the baton of Maestro Maurice Peress. Renowned cellist Marcy Rosen will be soloist in this American-period masterwork—the most celebrated of cello concertos to this day. The rarely performed “American Suite”will also be heard in this concert, to be played in the historic ballroom of the 1896 “Narodní Budova.”
